BERNE, June 10. Owing to the town's peculiar geographical situation the Basle dyers who are on strike belong to three iiationdiities, and.troops from three States ami totalling five regiments are engaged in maintaining" order. The chief anxiety of the authorities is to prevent Swiss troops from entering Germany and German troops from entering Switzerland".
