LONDON, June 6. -The princes of all the confederated German States are coming to Berlin on the 17th inst., to tender their congratulations to the Kaiser. The Kaiser succeeded his father on June 15, 1888. and on the loth inst. he will, therefore, have completed the 25th year of his reign.
