LONDON, June 6.! Paris is excited again. M. Touny, the director of the municipal police, refused to allow the Young Republicans to lay a wreath at the foot of the statue of Joan of Arc because it bore the inscription, "Betrayed by the king j burned by the priests." The Radicals in Parliament took the matter up on the giound that the h'jad df the police was condemning Radicalism. ' . The Gt vc-nment accepted a motion censuring M. Touny, who lias been placed on the retired list.
