Richard Joseph Phillips, .burefier, was examined in bankruptcy before Mr A .Coleman, Official Assignee, on AAred- | nesday morning. Mr AVeir appeared tor the bankrupt and Mr Gow for the creditors. Bankrupt attributed his position to the ill-health •of himself and his wife and to irregular employment.
