ELTHAM LODGE, No. 32. The installation meeting of the Eltham Lodge, A.0.0.D., was held on Wednesday night, A.D. Bro. A. Kenny m the chair.

The District President, Bro. J. W Harding, acted as installing master The following were installed officers ror the ensuing year:—A.D., Bro. C *ord; V.A., Bro. Parrott; Secretary, Bro. M. A. Whiteford (re-elected)-treasurer, Bro. T. Chalmers: I.G. ? r n«PortSr; °G ' Bro- Davis; V.A.8., Bros. Robinson and Moir. A vote of thanks to the District I resident was unanimously passed and the lodge closed at 10 o'clock. Visiting lodges were Hawera, AVestJand, and Stratford, Hawera being well .represented by eighteen brethren. The visitors w&tgj entertained at supper at Reilly^s tes^ams after the meeting, whea--th&/.-following toasts were duly honored: "The King" and "The Druids"; ''The Grand Lodge of i\ew Zeatand," proposed by Bro. Fcrd and responded to by District President Bro Harding, P.D.P. Bro. King, and P.D.P. Bro. Knudsen; "The Visitors," proposed by Bro. Parrott and responded to by Bro. Muir (Hawera) Bro. King (Stratford), and Bro. Pickering (Westland); "The newly installed officers," proposed by Bro. Hill and responded to by Bros. Ford, Parrott and Davis; "The Eltham Lodge," proposed by Bro. Muir and r^ponded to by Bros. Ford and Parrott; "The Ladies," "The Press,", and "The Hcst and Hostess." During the evening songs were given by Bros. Ure, Nightingale and King, iind recitations by Bros. Parrott and Nightingale. A P.D.P.'s collar was presented to Bro. Knudsen and a P.A. collar to Bro. Hill. Bro. Harding made the presentation. Bros. Knudsen and Hill thanked the brethren' for their gifts.
