Monday next being Labor Day, the Post Office will observe it as a partial holiday. There will be one delivery only of letters, etc., by the carriers, i which will start at 8.30 a.m. There will also be but one, clearance of the various receiving boxes (except the one tft the railway station) which will be made at 6 a.m. The public office will be open as xisual.
