NEW YORK, July 29. Two boys named Mitchell Cabinets, 18 years of age, and Clarence Shaw, 10, have confessed to the murder of JRobert M. Ellis. They- poured whisky and gasolene over Ellis, who was sleeping in Forest Park, and then apjplied a match. They intended to throw Ellis into a pond, but he died before the blaze was extinguished.
