MOUNTED RIFLES' CAMP
.Three special trains kave been arranged for to bring the 2nd (Queen Alexandra Mounted Rifles) Regiment into camp at Waverley, which commences on Thursday. The first train will leave Waitara at 8.45 a.m., conveying I> Squadron (North Taranaki "and Stratford Corps), and will arrive at the camp at 1.53 p.m.; the second train will leave Hawera at 1.15 p.m., taking the C Squadron (Hawera and Opunake troops) and will arrive at 3.10 p.m.,- while the third tram will leave Ohakune at 6 a.m., conveying a portion of A Squadron (AYaimarino troop), and arrive at 6.15 p.m. The remainder of A Squadron, comprising the old Alexandra Mounted Rifles, .Wanganui. will proceed to the camp by road. The B Squadron (Wairoa Mounted Rifles) is camping at its headquarters, Waverley. Two Aldershot ovens will be used in cooking for the 400 men.
