PERTH, May 11. At the Koombana enquiry the finding was that her fate was beyond human knowledge, as the personnel of her complement, and the vessel's construction, stability and seaworthiness were unassailable. The Court added that it was desirable that weather reports should be exchanged daily between stations on the north-west coast.
