UNDESIRABLE IMMIGRANTS
SYDNEY, May 11. Mr J. McGowen, State Premier, in a letter to Mr Fisher^ Federal Prime Minister, submits drastic proposals to prevent the landing of consumptives and epileptics, including making shipping companies responsible for the return of rejects to their own lands.
