Changing months brought Constable Moss to Auckland, and yesterday he dropped across Henrickson laboring in the city streets, so the summons was ratified after a lapse of two rears, and Henrickson had no notion but to answer the call of the Court this time. Fie admitted the use of obscenity. It was stated that the man's offence wa» the '-esuH of a lapse into drinking, after Henvickson had led a resoectnhle and sober existence, and that the shock of the summons had brought liim back to the mark of respectnbtfitv.
