SUPREME COURT SENTENCES
AT CABLE -KtESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. AUCKLAND, Nov. 21. Edward Myers, for assault and robbery, was sentenced to two years' hard labor, and four yeai's' reformative treatment. Richard William Polkinghorne, for theft, received a sentence of one month's imprisonment, and two years' reformative treatment.
WELLINGTON, Nov. 21. The insurances in connection with Lindsay's fire ere: Building, £1500, Northern Office, and the stock £0500 in the New Zealand, and £400 in the Etate effice.
