Shortly before nme o'clock last night a nro proke out m iJlie ne>v district high scliool' building, which was only completed and opened by tlie Minister tor jdiducation a tew months ago. The whole of tho main building was completely destroyed, as well as a detached building used as a secondary school. Anotner detached building used as an infant school was saved. Tne origin oi tne are is a mystery". The losses are estimated at £1300.
