MELBOURNE, July 21
The Norfolk Island Bill has been introduced into the Federal House. It provides that the Island is to be the territory of the Executive as long as the Executive continues in existence, but the Executive may be altered or abolished by ordinance. Customs duties are not to be chargeable on the products or manufactures of the island shipped direct to Australia.
