AUCKLAND, July 22
In the Police Court a lad named Thomas Herbert Ellison was remanded on thirteen charges of theft of money, postal notes, bank notes, and cheques valued at £43 10s sd; also on a charge of having forged the name of his employers, Ashman and Company. He was admitted to bail in two sureties of £50 eacli.
