INTERNATIONAL STOCK SHOW.

PALMERSTON N., July 21. At a meeting of the A. and P. Association to-day, Mr Short moved that the Government be approached with a view to grant sufficient subsidy to enable the owners of different breeds of stock to make proper exhibits at the bis* international stock show to be held' at an early date at Buenos Ayres. He said the show was a fine opportunity to advertise the Dominion. Mr Booth said he did not like going to the Government for everything, but iv this case it was different, as the Dominion would benefit more than the breeders. The motion was carried.
