' The Bath Congress, fiercely denounced English, blacklegs assisting the shipping federation to fight the striker® at Hamburg and Antwerp. It was unanimously resolved to ask the Government to searchingly enquire into the; shooting of the strikers at Belfast. Some strongly blamed 1 the Rt. Hon. Mr Bin-ell. Resolutions were passed in favor ol giving postal servants full civil rights and abolishing overtime in all trades.
