Stewards' Haiwtecap — The Lark 1, Aeolus 2, GlenuU&a 3. Also Btoted: Gazeley. Aeolus 'got away in fronit, but was disposed of By Gleiniullin. The latter led at 'half-way, -wheie The Lark was taken to the front, and eventually won comfortably by a length. Time, 1.44. Div., £3 6s
Juvenile Handicap — Gold Cresifc 1, Helen Portland 2, Volume 3. Scratched : Pylades. Helen Portland led to 'the distance, where Gold Crest .headied her, and wan by a neck Time, 1.40 3-5. Divs., £2 13s and 19s.
Westmere- Hack Hurdles — Maui 1, Sillicia 2, Handsome Rose 3. .-Also started 1 : Capulet, Wind. Won easily. Time, 4.3. Div., M 2 18s.
Tayforth Hack Hurdles — Aqua Regia 1, Bonheur 2, Westward 3. Also started: Balky. Aqua Regia led from the start to the finish.; apcond three lengths away Time, 3.17. Div., £2 Bs.
