MELBOURNE, November 6.
The prospects of an arrangement between the Pacific Cable Board and the Eastern Extension Company to pool the receipts of the Australian cable business are not very bright. Information received by the Federal Government shows that the Company lay down the essential condition {hat the pooling must continue for ten years and at the end of that time revert to the existing conditions.
