PARIS, June 24. Jules pelafosse, acting as a, spokesman for the Tight, in -the Chamber of Deputies, speaking on foreign affaire, advocated an alliance with England/which would insure jm absolute and unlimited victory against Germany, since Britain could destroy the Gorman fleet and blockade the coasts until Germany surrendered.- In order to save the foreign trade, the Kaiser is trying to destroy Ihe entente to prevent ' France joining Britain) in the conflict no fortsoes -between Germany and- Britain.
