Six revolver shots were fired at Smilsky, M. "Bulignine's secretary^ who was mistaken for JJ. Buliguine, near the spot whero JM. de Plehve ' was assassinated. The criminals escaped. • Smilsky, who escaped injury, occupied M. Buligutne's carriage.
