WARRANT AGAINST MANAGER.
[press association.] AUCKLAND, February 27. A warrant was issued today for the arrest of Thomas Morrin, the managing director of ye Wellington Park Stnd Company, on a sworn information made by the Chairman of the company, the Hon. lv Mitchelson. The charge against Morrin is stated to be in connection with certain irregularities alleged to havo taken place while he was managing director of the company.
