Of wool for the forthcoming London colonial sales 211,437 bales have arrived and 61,000 have been forwarded direct to the manufacturers, 193,000 being available for the Bales. Received January 15, 12.32 p.m.

London, January 14. The total wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 3,110,000 quarters, and for the Continent 865,000 quarters. Bank shares: Australasia, 79|; Union, 40J; New Zealand, 100 £ ; other?, unchanged.

Johnsonville, January 15. Messrs Freeman R. Jaokson and Co., in conjunction with Messrs Abraham and Williams, report on their Johnsonville sale as follows :— There was a good demand all round. Beef sold at higher values than last week, a few pens of nice, handy weights of good quality making over 21s per 1001b. Best bullocks made from L 8 2s 6d to L 8 10a ; ethers, L 7 10s to LB. A line of 19 prime heifers sold up to L 7 2s 6d, averaging L 6 8s 6d. Best ewes made 9s 6d to 9s lid; others, 8s lid to 9s; good lambs, 10s lid ; otbers, 93 Id to 9a -Id ; inferior lambs, 8s 6d ; medium wethers, 10s Bd.
