Hiwnu, July 21. At Stratford, on the 14th inst<, a fair yarding of oattle came forward, most of whioh ohanged hands at the hammer. Fat bullocks, Lo" 2s 6d; dairy cows, LS 10s toLS 10s; store oowb, LI 12s 6d toL2 10s; 16 to 20-month steers, LI 7s to L 2; 2-year heifers, L 2 to L 2 7s 6d. Sheep—Ewes in lamb, 10s. At the Glover Boad yards, on the 20th inst., we had a good yarding of both cattle and sheep. The attendance was large, and bidding fairly brisk for most of the stock. Although several lines were passed at the hammer most of these ohanged hands before leaving the yards. Fat bullocks, L 5 to L 5 108; fat cows, L3to L 3 16s; 2to 8-ytar steers, L 8 6s 6d to L 3 16s; 18-months to 2-year steers, L 2 2s to L2l7s 6d; forward oowb, L 2 5b io L2l6s; dairy cows and heifers, L 3 to L 4; 18-month heifers, LI 8s to LI 11s; weaners, 10s 6d to LI Of 6d. Sheep—Store wethers, 9s 6d to 10s 8d; fat ewes, 9s 8d to 10s' 9d; store ewes, 6s 6d to 9s; hoggetts, shorn, 7s.
