Beoeived September 5, 1.20 a.m. x Sydney, September 4. island news states that the German cutter Sea Ghost was captured by natives at Brioka Island, oneof the Solomon Group which is under ' German influence. The natives surprised the crew while the captain was aloft guiding the vessel among the reefs. They butchered the captain (Kolshorn) and four of the native orew, " two escaping. The schooner was l;oted and sunk. ■ A cannibalistic feast was held on the bodies of the four natives.
