Frozen Lamb Trade.

(Pbr Pbess Association) . Wellington, September 2. Mr H. 0. Cameron, New Zealand Inspector of Produce in London, writ* ing to the Agricultural Department on the 28th July, stated that on that date the lamb trade was especially healthy, and all lots coming forward were readily sold as soon as landed, thus saving all storage risks and obarges. A number of sheep taken by the Tekoa arrived soft and misshapen. The insulation of the funnel gave way through strainage, and a leak of air occurred, causing the temperature to rise. About 200 caroases were damaged.
