The Land Board met on Monday. , TBANSBEKS, " The board sanctioned the following lease transfers :— S. T. Smith, section 10i < block 3, Hawera, to J. C. Roope; Mrs Goodson, section 8, block 5, Kaupokonui, to D. R. M. Warren ; H. G. Gibson, sections 18 and 15, block 15, Ngaire, to J. Smith ; J. Soanlon, seotion 11, blook 6, Kanpokonui (d.p.), to J. W. Falkner.

ACQUIRING FREEHOLD.

The appended applications to acqtunf" freehold were granted:— Mra Chtrrett, section 14, block 6, Kaupokonui; A. ' Robertson, section 75, block 10, Eanpo* ■, konui.
