At Manaia on 3rd inst., about 650 cattle •ame forward. Owing to the extremely wet weather two or three lots advertised ■were not yarded. All the cattle but one or two pens sold either at the hammer or directly after at slightly lower prices than of late. Wo quote: 18-months to 2-year steers, £3 17s 6d to £i s 2to 3-year do, M 12s to £4> 15s ; yearling do, 50s to 555 ; store cows, JB3 5b 6d to £3 lls 6d ; 2-year heifers, £3; fat cows, M 7a ; dairy cows, £4> 10a to £B. Sheep— Wethers, lls 9d.
