French Political Crisis.

PARIS, November 80.
In consequence of the French Ministry having declined to order a post mortem on Baron Reinach's body, a vote of no confidence was brought down in the Chamber and was carried by a maiority of 83.
It is reported that Eeiuach's coffin was filled with stones, and that secret papers relating to bribery in connection with the Panama Canal have been hidden.
LONDON, November 30.
The Paris correspondent of The Times wires that the Chamber of Deputies ia digging the grave of the republic, and says that the defeat of the Government wa« owing to their indecision and weakness.
