Johnsonvulb, October 14. Fat cattle were in moderate numbers, and were of good quality throughout and cf medium weights. The market was steady, at a decline of Id thelOOlbs on last week's quotations. Sheep, in average supply, were irregular in size and quality, and on the whole inferior. Bidding was dull, as there is nothing doing in the export of mutton. Pigs met with a dragging sale. We quote:— Bullocks, £Q 12s 6dto JB7 6a, equal to 16s the lOOlbs. Sheep— Lignt wethers, 15s 3d to 16s ; ewes, up to 16s Id.
