CUSTOMS DUTIES FOR JUNE.
(UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION.) WELLINGTON, July 2. The followin» amounts were collected at the principal ports : — Auckland, £17,139 18s; Wellington, £14,133 5s Bd . Lyttelton and Chrißtchnrch, £10,779 16s 3d : Dunedin, £17,832 12s 4d. For the cor responding month last year, Auckland was £23.457 16s 2d ; Wellington, £20,196 12s 10d; Lyttelton and Christchurch, £17,001 6s 4d; Dunedin, £21,169 0s sd. Total for the colony, £95,221 3a lOd, as against £104,144 5s 9d. These figures for last month represent the revenue received alter deducting refund on extra duty collected on tariff resolution, which amounted to about £9500. The beer duty for the same period was — Auckland, £811 12s Id ; Wellington, £492 11s lOd ; Christchurch, £717 6s 7d ; Dunedin, £701 5a 4d. For the corresponding month last year — Auckland, £726 19s 8d ; Wellington, £380 7s 9d : Cliristchurch, £747 7s 5d ; Dunedin, £718 2s 9d. Totnl for colony, £3556 18s. as igainst £3487 19s last June.
