The cricket match, Australians v. England, resulted in a victory for the Home team by four wickets. The Australians, in their second innings, scored 123, leaving tbe Englishmen 106 runs to make to win, which they obtained with the loss of only six wickets.

The inter-university cricket match, Oxford, v. Cambridge, resulted in a victory for Oxford.
