The latest complete returns ot the elections show 229 Conservatives, 49 Unionists, 117 Gladstonites, and 54 Parnellites. Mr. Osborne Morgan, Umler-Secretary for tho Colonies, i-> le-clocted for East Denbigh, but by a very f,mall majority only. July 8. The latest list of competed elections show 2-10 Conservutiven, 47 Unionists, 120 Gladstonites, and 55 Parnellite.s returned. Tbe Liberal caudidate at West, ham (Essex), Accringtou, and Southport (Lancashire), bas been defeated by Con servatives ; while a supporter of Gladstone was returned for Carmathen.
