CHRISTCHURCH, October 25. The Chamber of Commerce' passed resolutions complaining of tbe neglect of the Minister oi Public Works to reply to letters from the President and Secretary regarding railway charges on the Lyttelton line, and strongly urging a reduction of the same to the rates charged between Dunedin and Port Chalmers. Several Canterbury members were present.
