In the House of Commons to-day a motion giving precedence to the Irish Repression Bill which has been introduced by the Government was earned by a substantial majority, and it was further decided that the question of paymont of arrears of rent in Ireland should be dealt with after tho Repression Bill. The House will to-morrow deal with the latter measure, which was read the second time to-day by a majority of 112. VIENNA, May 19. Intelligence is to hand that about 10,000 starving refugee Jews are now encamped near Brody, a town on the Polish frontier of Austria. The greatest destitution and much sickness is reported to exist among Iheni, and many deaths have occurred.
