MANAIA AND OPUNAKE.
The sale of the townships of Manaia and Opunake was very successful, all the sections in the latter place being sold at very good prices. Mr. J. Prosser, hotelkeeper, Hawera, paid £81 for a section in the harbor township. About ICO sections were sold in the Manaia township, some of them fetching between £80 and £90. Through pressure on our space, we are compelled to hold over detailed particulars until Wednesday next.
