MESSRS. BARNS AND HIGGIE'S STOCK REPORT.

W&iKMuroi, November 10. Messrs. Bams and Higgie report having held their monthly sale of stock at the Okoia yards.. The attendance as usual was good, and full average prices were realised. One pair of working bullocks, with dray, yokes, and bows, brought £73108. Potatoes, 60s per ton. The prices obtained for stock were as follows :—: — Cattle.—Two and three-year-old steers, from £i 12s 6d to £A 18s; store cows, M 6b to £17s 6d; milkers, £5 5s to M 10s. One pen of yearling heifers brought £3 6s per head; yearlings, from 40s to 47s 6d; fat heifers, .£6 5s to M 10s. Horses.—Good draughts, from j>ls to £28 10s, according to quality. Saddle horses are dull of sale. There is a good demand for really good upstanding hacks and cab or coach horses.
