All Tenders must he accompanied by a cheque for the amount named in the specifications ; such cheque dhe specially , by n banker as good for twenty-one days, and to be hi favor of the ReceiverGeneral's Deposit Account only, and not to hearer or order. Parties tendering will be required to prospect for and find a supply oi gravel as near the work as possible ; and each tenderer must state the number of teams he intends to employ on the woilz ; not less than six teams, however, shall be employed on the contract.
