t Melboubne, Friday. The steamer Albion, which got disabled off Wilson's Promontory, arrived here, with the assistance of the tug Eescue.
Mr. Fa;rell, formerly member for Castlemaine, who was dismissed from the post of Parliamentary Librarian, has been reinstated. The Government also intend to reinstate the various Ministerial Returning Officers who were dismissed by the Service Ministry.
