[Specially Telegraphed to Stab.] Chbistchukch, Tuesday night.

At six o'clock last evening, a cottage near the Lunatic Asylum, occupied by Robert Winsor, an attendant at the Asylum, and his family, was destroyed by fire. Two children, aged six and three years, were burnt to death. Their remains, dreadfully disfigured, were found near their bed. The parents were much attached to the children. The • mother became insensible from the effects of the shock she received upon learning |their sad fate. The house and effeote were not insured
