Adams has been accepted for the supply of a new uniform for the corps. Mr. John Milroy's new hotel is now nearly furnished, and a license will shortly "be applied for on behalf of the tenant, Mr. Owen McKittrick.
Tenders were called for another hotel near the new railway station, and that of Mr. E. Holtham, at £875, has been accepted for the building alone. It is understood that Mr. F. OS. McCarthy is the enterprising speculator. . Some of the timber is already on the ground, and a start will be at once made with the building.
