STILL LATER.
(from our own correspondent.) Armed Constabulary Camp, Pungarehu, Friday, 3.30 p.m. Nearly 60 natives were fencing yesterday, and as many to-day, but no arrests were made. The West Coast Settlement Bill was distributed at Parihaka to-day. Any natives who may be arrested for the future will come under the Act, and the Bill has been distributed, in order that they may not remain in ignorance of the penal clause.
[Specially Telegraphed to Stab.]
