Mr. Dale reports having sold at the Patea sale yards on Wednesday, 100 fat wethers at 14a per head, 2 cows and calf, JJIO 10s, and 7 pigs at 10s each. At auction mart lust Saturday an assortment of fruit and other trees fetched fair prices; chaff, Is 8d per sack; Brahma stays, 5s Gel to 7s each; potatoes, Gs per sack; oatmeal, ]4s 6d per 1001b; onions, lsd per lb; clothing and sundries realised fair prices.
