Messrs. Bauchope and King report : — We held a cattle sale at Wailara on Tuesday. 45 head were yarded, but piices ranged low, only about 20 head being sold. The following were the rates obtained : — A pen of youn^ heifers, £3 each ; 2 cows, £0 10s ; 2 do, £5 5s ; 1 springer, £5 10s; 3 cows, £5 6s; calf, £1 ss; 1 pair ponies, £8. Mr. W. Courtney reports:— At Glcniivon, on Thursday, 69 head were yarded, "nearly all of winch sold at fair^prices, except 8-year-old steers, 31 of which sold at lower figures than I have ever seen taken at Glenavon. The piices realised were as follows :—3: — 3 quiet calves, £1 12s 6d each ; 2 Rood calves, j£l 10s ; 4 good yearlings, i! 8; 5 rough calves, £1 ss ; wild cow and bull calf, £4 4s ; store cow, £'3 ss: 2-year-old heifer, M2s 6d ; 20 good sired Uto 8-year-old steers, i' 4 18s SJ ; 11 good 2.Vy ar-old steers, M 10s ; 1 heifer and calf, £5 10s ; 5 cows at calving, £1 7s, £1 10s, £8 ss, £8 15s, and .£9 ; 1 pair bullocks, £18 ; 44 light fat sheep, 11s ; 78 do, 10s Gd.
