The Times of to-day publishes a paragraph, stating that the Opposition in the Hous-e of Commons will consent to the Bill for permitting an affirmation to be taken instead of the customary oath of allegiance, which the Government proposed to introduce. Telegrams from Buenos AjTes confirm previous news as to the termination of the insurrection. The city had to submit to the insurgents, but peace is now signed.
Berlin, June 30.
The European conference has adopted a note, fixing the limits of the extension of the Gj eek frontier. A copy of the note will be immediately forwarded to Turkey and Greece, as an intimation of the decision of the conference on the frontier question.
