The schooner Colleen Bawn, which left here on oht Ist May, bound for Havelock, has not since been heard ot. The Hinemoa left this morning in search of her.

Cheistchurch, Friday night.

At the inquest held on Hawkins, the jockey, who died from injvriea received at the Grand National Steeplechase, the medical evidence proved that death was caused by fracture of the skull. A verdict of accidental death was returned.
