SIR WILLIAM FOX AT BULLS.

Bulls, Friday.
Sir William Fox addressed the electors at Bulls last night. He avowed himself a warm supporter of the present Ministry. He attacked the Liberal party/a'hd said they followed the democracy \Wrich prevailed in France, while the Constitutional party, with which he was conn°cted, followed the American principle of democracy. Speaking of Native affairs, he said there was no probability of another disturbance. Being asked if would accept office, if elected, he said that he did not desire office, and that it would be in extreme circumstances that he would accept it. A vote of thanks to Sir W. Fox for his address, and also for his coming forward as a candidate, was passed. Thirty voted in favor of the resolution, and none against it. About 150 persons were present.
It is not yet known whrther Mr. McLean will come forward to contest the seat.
