LOWER HUTT CLUE The senior B team met Waterside in the Chatham Cup on Saturday, and were beaten 6 to 1. The positional play of the visitors beat the local boys. ; 'SECOND A •' ■' -• This team had a draw with Onslow, 1-all. They Were unlucicy not to win, as Onslow’s goal came from a misunderstanding between the Hutt goalkeeper and one of the half-backs. THIRD GRADE The Thirds were beaten by Watersiders 4 goals to 1. -This team has some very good players in it, and should play belter football. Lack of understanding and too many changes in positions in the halfbacks are the trouble. FOURTH GRADE

This team is full of promising players, and is settling down to play really good lootball. On Saturday it beat Onslow 5 goals to 1. EIGHTH GRADE The Hutt Club has two eighth grade teams. The A team played the B’s on Saturday, and after a very good game the A’s won by 1 goal to nil. The B team had to play in another colour,, and that upset the boys. Next time the two teams meet the A’s will have to change their colours. YEOMAN CUP Hutt Valley fourth division side to play Wellington for the Yeoman Cup on June 26 will be: —K. Jackson (Hutt), R.
