HUTT MILK SUPPLY
(To the Editor.) Sir,—l have before me a notice from the Hutt Valley and Bays Milk Vendors’ Association (Inc.) stating that “On and after Friday, November Ist, the price of milk in the above Association’s area will be 6Sd per quart and S£d per pint.” In view of the fact that pint tokens are available for the purchase of milk, it will be seen that the benefit of the reduced price at fiAd a quart is not available to consumers until quart coupons are made available in the same way as they are in the Wellington area. There is no valid reason why quart and pint tokens should not both be available to all consumers.—l am, etc., T. F. SIMPSON. .
