“WHAT’S IN A NAME”
COMMENT ON LOWER" HUTT

As a foreigner, he said, he found it difficult to understand the meaning of the name. For some time he assumed that a place with such a name could not be very important and was probably a suburb of Wellington. In that case he imagined a Rotary Club in such an area would be very easy to join.
